Every team is different, which is why I tailor my approach to your specific challenges and goals. This process is designed to strengthen both your leadership and your team’s collaboration, ensuring that everyone is aligned and moving forward together.

Our Coaching Process:

  • We start with focused sessions for you (or you and your co-founder) to clarify challenges, define priorities, and make key decisions.

  • Next, I meet with key team members in 2:1 or 3:1 sessions to strengthen alignment, build trust, and surface key insights from different perspectives.

  • Finally, we bring it all together in an interactive, facilitated session where we align the team, clarify expectations, and create a shared path forward.

This process ensures that both leadership and the team are engaged—so that growth, trust, and alignment happen at every level.
