Tiffany Chang, MSLOC

I work with people who tend to live in their heads a lot, who have lived a good chunk of life by “shoulds,” and who have achieved a lot of what they set out to do in life but are questioning if that is it. They may feel like something needs to change, but have no idea how to do it or be the person that change will require them to be. They feel disconnected from themselves and their intuition, and would like to develop more self-compassion.

My experience includes coaching in various roles since 2010, including consumer credit counselor, leadership coach, and internal HR coach. I have held positions in Learning and Development/HR in many industries, including banking, retail, healthcare, real estate, and nonprofit. My specialty is focused on clients who are interested in using all facets of themselves to make decisions - mind, heart, body and gut. I find that folks who are drawn to my coaching have historically used their mind to guide their life, but are now longing to connect more to their intuition and feel more aligned in their life. I have had success helping my clients move from “can’t” to “can” in some of their most challenging obstacles. In all of my coaching, I help individuals recognize and learn from patterns that are happening in their lives, and to reframe negative thoughts that may be holding them back.

We often stress out trying to determine the “right” choice to make, or the “best” career to enter, but the idea that there is one best or right path often keeps us “stuck” from taking any action at all.

As your coach, I support you in discovering what you truly want, lay out your options, examine the real or perceived barriers that are holding you back, create an achievable plan of action, and hold you accountable to getting it done. We tap into all of your intelligence centers: head, heart and gut. We take a learning mindset to everything we do, and we test things out along the way.
